EQ-PSPC is a split-able pouch cell with applied pressure up to 10 MPa, which is designed to research the effect of pressure on solid/liquid state battery performance. It can also be used to make solid-state pouch cells via a compressing jig. It can be customized into various sizes upon request.

· Pushing plates (top and bottom) are made of stainless steel. (Gold plating is available upon request at extra cost) · The pouch cell frame is made of Nylon. · Configuration 1: One stainless steel spring plate is included for single layer pouch cell assembling. · Configuration 2: split-able pouch cell with rubber spacer plate is available on the option bar. · Optional mechanical jig fixture and spacer are available from Product Options for sealing the O-rings and applying pressure to the battery assembly |
