Working Process Description:
Manually put the product into the jacket, press the foot switch, the lower cylinder will tighten the annular jacket, and the capacitor will be clamped and fixed concentrically. The upper movable spindle pressure head will press the capacitor end cover to make the end cover in a flat state. Then the motor will start to drive the jacket spindle to rotate. The air cylinder will drive the left arm grooving wheel, and the right arm necking wheel will feed at the same time, so that the product can be positioned in the center of the jacket, and the clamping wheel of the right arm will feed at the same time After completion, all parts return to their original position and take out the products.
