The device is mainly suitable for the sealing operation of cylindrical supercapacitor.
2. Functional characteristics
1.Receiving or discharging equipment adopts ring guide rail device. Workstation transfer adopts ball screw automatic
feeding device.
2.Capper adopts the imported motor as the actuating device, with rapid sealing speed and high precision.
3.The device adopts servo drive and displacement sensor positioning. The sealing height can be set on the human-computer interface.
4.Equipped with the imported resistance tester to measure the resistance of the product after sealing.
5.Equipped with the imported two-dimension bar code scanner. Data can be stored and derived, for the convenience
of quality control and traceability on product.
6.The sealing height of supercapacitor can be automatically adjusted.
7.Adopt the imported PLC. Touch screen displays operation, conveniently and quickly.
8.Equipped with guard shield of sealing mould and safety light grid, with safe and reliable operation.
9.Case adopts dust-proof glass cover. The device is top-grade and dust-proof.
